Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Support to make sense of a psychedelic experience, before or after, and translate its insights into lasting, everyday change.
Psychedelic experiences can offer powerful insights, emotional breakthroughs, and new perspectives, but understanding how to carry those experiences into everyday life can be challenging. Insight alone does not always lead to change.
Psychedelic integration therapy is a supportive, confidential space to process what came up, explore its meaning, and identify concrete ways to incorporate new understanding into lasting personal growth and well-being.
What integration looks like
- A supportive space to process a past or planned experience
- Making meaning of insights and translating them into daily life
- Grounding, mindfulness, and somatic practices
- Non-judgmental, harm-reduction-informed care
Preparation and integration
Whether you are preparing for an upcoming experience or reflecting on one afterward, we work together to set intentions, build grounding skills, and make sense of what you encounter.
This work can support integration of a range of experiences, including ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, and other psychedelics, and draws on mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a whole-person view of mental health.
Please note: This service does not involve administering, providing, or supervising the use of any psychedelic substances. It is talk-based therapy to help you integrate your own experiences.

Common questions
- Do you provide or administer psychedelics?
- No. This is talk-based therapy only. No substances are administered, provided, or supervised. The work focuses entirely on preparing for and integrating your own experiences.
- Can you help me prepare for an experience, not just integrate one?
- Yes. Many people begin before a planned experience to set intentions and build grounding skills, then continue afterward to integrate what came up.
- What kinds of experiences can integration support?
- Integration can support a range of experiences, including ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA, whether they occurred in a guided setting or on your own.
