Focused, evidence-based care

Two ways to work together — each beginning with a free 15-minute consultation so we can make sure it's the right fit.

One-hour sessions

Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use concerns, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy - ACT, CBT, and mindfulness - with somatic awareness and a holistic view of mental health.

Sessions are a consistent, confidential space, typically weekly. We build on each conversation over time, and together we move beyond simply understanding your struggles toward creating lasting, values-aligned change.

Common reasons people reach out:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Depression and low mood
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Substance use concerns
  • Life transitions and self-esteem
  • Identity, purpose, and relationships

What sessions look like

  • A warm, unhurried hour focused entirely on you
  • A blend of talk, reflection, and practical skill-building
  • Clear, collaborative goals we revisit together
  • Support for anxiety, mood, transitions, and self-understanding

Integration therapy

Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic experiences can offer powerful insights and new perspectives — but integrating them into everyday life is its own work. Psychedelic integration therapy is a supportive, talk-based space to process a past or planned experience and translate its insights into lasting change. No substances are administered.

This is both a core service and a specialty of mine.

What integration looks like

  • A supportive space to process a past or planned experience
  • Making meaning of insights and translating them into daily life
  • Grounding, mindfulness, and somatic practices
  • Non-judgmental, harm-reduction-informed care
How we work

Approaches I draw on

Every person is different, so I blend several evidence-based modalities to fit your goals. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) trained in ACT, CBT, and psychedelic integration, I tailor our work to you.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Building a kinder relationship with difficult thoughts and taking values-aligned action.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Practical tools to shift the thought and behavior patterns that fuel distress.

Mindfulness-Based Practices

Meeting the present moment with awareness to build resilience and ease stress.

Somatic & Mind-Body Work

Noticing how stress and emotion live in the body to support nervous-system regulation.

How to get started

Booking a free 15-minute consultation is the simplest way to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment - just a conversation.
