My Approach

How I can Help

An integrative approach that meets you where you are - combining mindfulness, CBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic awareness in service of real, lived change.

Collaborative

We set the direction together. You are the expert on your life; I bring the tools and a steady presence.

Grounded

Mindfulness and somatic awareness help you reconnect with the present and with your body's own wisdom.

Evidence-based

CBT and ACT provide practical, proven frameworks for lasting change, not quick fixes.

Areas I support

Common reasons people reach out

Many people come to therapy with a deep understanding of their struggles yet still find themselves feeling stuck. They know why certain patterns exist, where they came from, and how they impact their lives, but translating that insight into meaningful change can feel overwhelming.

I believe therapy can help bridge that gap. My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a holistic understanding of mental health. Together, we'll explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also the ways your experiences are reflected in your body, relationships, lifestyle, and sense of meaning.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself, build practical tools for change, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.
